The Squiggle is Here

A much-requested figure editor feature

It has been a busy fall for Edge! We have lots of new features, and even new products, in the oven that we will announce in the coming months. We have also shipped many small improvements over the past 2 months.

Today we are taking a break from all of that to announce a feature that has been one of our most-requested features.

The figure editor now supports squiggles.

Edge now supports a variety of lead lines, including squiggles and underlined numbers. We will also be rolling out support for other common lead lines, like brackets.

We also support squiggles in flow charts.

Although including the number in the figure is more common, we know that many of our customers prefer a squiggle there as well. For those who prefer an external lead line in flow charts we now support that as well.
